Located in Hilla, Iraq, a state-of-the-art 17-farm development spanning 100 Iraqi donums (250,000 m²). The plant has a processing capacity of 5,000 chickens per hour and can accommodate 2 million laying hens, producing up to 640,000 birds per year.

Executed in partnership with Cairo 3A, a leading International agricultural investment company, the project reflects IVI Holding’s commitment to integrating advanced technology and international expertise to deliver high-quality poultry products that meet Iraq’s growing demand.

Al Samawa Farms

Located in Muthanna, Iraq, Al Samawa Farms is a large-scale agricultural development spanning 50,000 hectares, designed to strengthen Iraq’s domestic food production capacity.

In addition, the farm produces organic fertilizer, promoting sustainable farming practices and improving soil health. Through this approach, Al Samawa Farms contributes to enhancing Iraq’s agricultural resilience, food security, and long-term environmental sustainability.
