Al-Araby Cement Plant
IVI Holding is also developing the Al-Araby Cement Plant in Al-Muthanna Governorate, designed to align with sustainable industrial practices. With a production capacity of 6,400 tons per day of Portland cement, the facility will manufacture both ordinary and salt-resistant types in compliance with international specifications.
In collaboration with SINOMA, Al Araby Cement Plant aims to meet a significant portion of Iraq’s growing cement demand, supporting the country’s construction and reconstruction efforts, and reinforcing IVI Holding’s role as a catalyst for industrial and economic progress.
Basra Gases Plant
The Gases Plant in Basra represents a key milestone in IVI Holding’s industrial portfolio. Executed by Al-Sharq United Limited Company for Filling and Gases Manufacturing, the project is developed in partnership with NIKKISO COSMODYNE and equipped with advanced systems, including an Air Separation and Liquefier Units
Situated on a 25,000 sqm site, the facility produces Liquid Oxygen (LOX), Liquid Nitrogen (LIN), and Liquid Argon (LAR) – essential gases that support diverse industrial sectors. Its state-of-the-art technology and robust infrastructure ensure a stable, reliable supply chain, while its strategic location in Basra enables efficient access to Iraq’s key industrial markets.
