Baghdad Paradise is one of a kind residential development project currently being developed by IVI Holding located in Baghdad on the main road to Mosul. With a land of 1,000,000 m2, the residential project will be developed upon two phases.
Baghdad Paradise design and construction consultancy is managed by Urbanism Planning Architectural (UPA) Consultancy; a well-established architectural and urban design firm based in Abu Dhabi.
Phase 1 of the project includes the development of 6 clusters – each cluster having a capacity of 2000 apartments – at a total land of 120,000 m2.
Further to the residential aspect of Baghdad Paradise, the project will embrace two malls along with all the facilities required for energy and water supply. All safety measures are included along with an existing Fire Station on premise.
